Zoning by-law amendment appeal dismissed after new property owner consented to abandon the matter.
The applicant appealed the City of Toronto's failure to make a decision on a zoning by-law amendment application to permit a 19-storey residential building.
The Tribunal previously allowed the appeal in part and withheld its final order.
Subsequently, the Tribunal received correspondence that the new owner of the property, Metrolinx, no longer intended to pursue the appeal and consented to it being treated as abandoned.
The Tribunal ordered the appeal dismissed.
