THIS MATTER having come for public hearing and after the hearing the Tribunal in its Decision issued March 6, 2019, having allowed the appeal, in part, and withholding its final Order until advising the Tribunal that the conditions have been met;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an Order on October 24, 2019, to delegate to the City of Toronto the authority to administer final approval;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received correspondence confirming that the new owner of the subject property, Metrolinx, no longer intends to pursue the outstanding appeal and consents to the matter being treated as abandoned;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal is hereby dismissed.
