MPAC brought a motion to dismiss property assessment appeals related to 300 Hagey Boulevard due to the respondent's failure to comply with a prior Board order to produce information.
MPAC also moved to bar the respondent's representative from acting as a witness.
The Assessment Review Board granted both motions, dismissing the appeals for non-compliance and barring the representative from testifying because he had acted as an advocate on the file, contrary to the Board's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
