ENDORSEMENT
Overview
[1] The main issues in this trial concern the parties’ three children, S, born [redacted] (now 20); SM, born [redacted] (now 18); and M, born [redacted] (now 12).
[2] The parties were married on October 21, 2000,[^1] and separated on October 21, 2017. They have three children, as listed above. Given the oldest two children are over 18 and legally adults, this court is not making parenting orders for them.
[3] The Applicant father commenced this Application on July 18, 2018. The Respondent mother filed an Answer on July 31, 2018, seeking a divorce and corollary relief. All the children have primarily resided with the mother since separation.
[4] On October 17, 2017, after an altercation between the parties, the mother and children moved out of the matrimonial home into a shelter, remaining there until February of 2018. The father then had inconsistent contact with the children after separation, with the children resisting contact with him.
[5] The father did not have any parenting time with the children until January 2019, when, under the temporary without prejudice order of Justice Minnema of October 3, 2018, he began supervised parenting time for a minimum of two hours on alternate weekends. His attendance was inconsistent. I was only provided three reports from the supervision visits during this period – on January 6, 2019, April 18, 2019, and May 26, 2019. I received no other evidence that other visits occurred during this period. On October 2
