[1] Further to the email correspondence received from Mr. Fuhgeh with respect to the Endorsement dated December 9th 2019 and the subsequent order signed December 17, 2019, this is to confirm that written submissions on the Bernard v. Fuhgeh matter were received which led to the costs award.
[2] I was not provided with any submissions on the Stewart v. Fuhgeh matter, only two separate draft orders for me to chose which one was signed. I was not aware that costs were being sought.
[3] If written submissions were made in the Stewart v. Fuhgeh case that were inadvertently not provided to me, they may be delivered and filed now only with the view that I may then consider whether they should be a costs award attached to the settlement of that order.
