CASE MANAGEMENT ENDORSEMENT
[1] In reviewing the file further in preparation for the case management conference of May 31, 2019, I note that one of the actions involving the Chahals was dismissed in the Judgment dated January 3, 2018: CV-14-507421. Therefore it is not necessary for counsel for the Chahals to draft a separate order dismissing this action against the Chahals because it has been dismissed already. Thus it appears that the only order counsel needs to prepare respecting the Chahals is in CV-11-429151.
[2] In my endorsement of May 24, 2019 I wrongly referred to David Sloan as “David Baker”; my apologies. Counsel for Mr Sloan and his firm have provided me with draft orders and related correspondence from his firm and from Ms Atas. Ms Atas’ draft is a continuation of her contemptuous response to the order at the time that it was made: she already has one proceeding against Mr Sloan in the Superior Court, but she thinks it untowards that the court should insist that she assert all of her claims in one action. I have signed the draft order prepared by counsel for Mr Sloan, who may arrange with my assistant to pick it up to have it issued and entered.
[3] The case management endorsement I had expected to release today will not be released until May 29th. Therefore, the deadline for submitting agenda items is changed to 4 pm, May 30, 2019.
