Case Management Endorsement

[1] The next case management conference will be on May 31, 2019, 10:00 am, for an estimated one day. The parties should expect to receive a case management endorsement and proposed agenda from the court by May 27, 2019.

[2] Parties wishing to have items added to the agenda may so advise the court, with a list of additional items they wish discussed, by email to my assistant, by 5:00 pm, May 29, 2019.

[3] The parties should not expect that the court will conduct a further case management conference after the conference on May 31, 2019, before September 2019.

[4] The court notes that it has already ordered the proceedings against the Chahals dismissed and expects to sign the order to this effect before the next case management conference. Thus the Chahals should need not raise this issue as an item for discussion at the case management conference.
