[1] The Applicant [2019 ONSC 2175] asks for costs of about $56,000. The Respondent submits that if costs are ordered, any order should be based on her actual costs of about $44,000.

[2] The Applicant was successful. The case turned on whether the children should move to Ottawa. The Respondent had conceded two years earlier that they should not. I order her to pay an amount that would have reasonably been contemplated for almost full indemnity. I fix costs at $40,000 and order the Respondent to pay the Applicant this amount.
