ENDORSEMENT

[1] In my cost endorsement of November 6, 2015 I allowed disbursements to Mr. Romaniuk, who was self-represented, but disallowed him his claim for the time spent by him on this case.

[2] Mr. Romaniuk has filed an amended bill of costs and claims for legal work done by him by a solicitor. He claims $600 plus HST of 13%. He is entitled to have this amount added to the amount awarded to him. It is on the condition that it is paid to Ms. Greenspoon-Soer once received by him.

[3] Mr. Romaniuk has renewed his request for time spent by him. This is not a proper request as I have dealt with it already. In any event, I am not prepared to award Mr. Romaniuk any amount for the time spent by him.
