[1] At paragraph 12 of my endorsement dated November 19, 2015, I directed the parties to move expeditiously in finalizing the terms of the draft Orders arising from my trial decision and the said endorsement. In the event the parties could not agree upon the terms of the draft Orders, they were to file their respective versions with my assistant for my review and signature.
[2] On November 24, 2015, counsel for Katarina and Helena forwarded two draft Orders to counsel for John for her approval as to form and content. I have been provided with further correspondence dated November 27, 2015 from counsel for Katarina and Helena advising that he has not received any response from counsel for John.
[3] I as well have heard nothing further from counsel for John. Two weeks have passed since my November 19, 2015 Endorsement which required the parties to move expeditiously.
[4] I have reviewed the draft Orders prepared and forwarded by counsel for Katarina and Helena. With one minor revision to the November 19, 2015 Order, I have signed both Orders, copies of which will be forwarded to counsel for the parties together with this endorsement.
