SUPPLEMENTAL reasons FOR JUDGMENT
[1] Subsequent to my Reasons for Judgment dated September 8, 2015, I received a letter from counsel for the plaintiff/defendants by counterclaim dated October 2, 2015, raising “highly misleading and inaccurate evidence” having been placed before me along with a request for reconsideration of my decision.
[2] I am not prepared to reconsider my decision. However, in light of the circumstances which includes a Civil Practice Court attendance scheduled by Dr. Simon to proceed October 16, 2015 and a summary judgment motion scheduled by the plaintiff/defendants by counterclaim to be heard on November 16, 2015, I vary my judgment of September 8, 2015, so as to stay enforcement pending determination of the plaintiff/defendant by counterclaim’s motion which I would anticipate will now also include an effort to set aside or vary my September 8, 2015, decision.
