COSTS DECISION

[1] Having considered the submissions of the defendants, and with no submissions having been received from the plaintiff, I award each of the defendants $5,000.00 inclusive of disbursements and HST, for their costs of this motion. In my view, this award of costs is fair and reasonable.

[2] I dispense with the need for the defendants to obtain the plaintiff’s approval of the form and content of the dismissal and the costs order.
