1Having considered the submissions of the defendants, and with no submissions having been received from the plaintiff, I award each of the defendants $5,000.00 inclusive of disbursements and HST, for their costs of this motion. In my view, this award of costs is fair and reasonable.

2I dispense with the need for the defendants to obtain the plaintiff’s approval of the form and content of the dismissal and the costs order.
