[1] Tucker J. dismissed the third parties’ motion for leave to bring a motion and motion for a medical examination [2014 ONSC 7358]. The plaintiffs seek costs. The parties did not speak to costs before Tucker J. before she retired. I shall decide the issue of costs. I have received written submissions from the plaintiffs and a bill of costs from the defendants. The parties may submit further brief written submissions if they wish, on or before January 30, 2015.
