SUPPLEMENTARY REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
KANE J.
The Reasons for Judgment herein (the “Reasons”) were released January 15, 2015, which is the scheduled closing date of the sale of the parties’ home.
The applicant on January 15, 2015 notified this court that paragraph 119 of the Reasons contains a mathematical error which impacts how much of the sale proceeds should be released to each party and that an explanation for that position is to be provided the court by January 16, 2015.
This court issued an interim decision dated October 17, 2014 (“Interim Decision”) which creates holdbacks and amounts to be distributed from the net proceeds of sale of the same property.
THIS COURT THEREFORE AMENDS ITS ABOVE REASONS AND INTERIM ORDER AS FOLLOWS
All sale proceeds, net of normal adjustments and the cost of real estate and lawyer’s fees for the sale transaction are to be held in trust and not released to the parties until further order of this court to enable the parties to present their position as to errors made by this court in paragraph 119 of the Reasons.
Distribution to the parties of net proceeds of sale under the Reasons and Interim Order is halted and not to occur until further order of this court.
The parties are to set a 1 hour appointment through the Trial Coordinator with this court during the week of January 19, 2015 in order to deal with any mathematical errors alleged.
Dated: January 15, 2015
