[1] The parties appeared before me on February 27^th, 2015, to argue two motions by the Plaintiff, to amend statements of claim and for production and discovery in two separate Construction Lien actions. The issues and parties on the motions were the same.

[2] On April 14, 2015, I released my decision in this matter, inadvertently making reference only to Court File CV13-492. The decision also should have referenced Court File CV13-493, which is identical to the decision in Court File CV13-492.

[3] Therefore, an Order shall go accordingly.
