ENDORSEMENT - CORRIGENDUM
[1] On reconsidering the endorsement released in this matter on April 17, 2015 in respect of the motion by the Applicant I have determined that the endorsement, in part, was made in error and does not accord with the form of order which I signed.
[2] Pursuant to Rule 25(19) of the Family Law Rules paragraph 11 of the endorsement shall be amended by deleting the following words: “is incapable of managing her property as she”.
[3] For further clarity, I made no determination that the respondent was incapable of managing her property within the context of the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992, C. 30.
[4] The endorsement setting out my reasons, which was released on April 17, 2015 shall be amended accordingly and the form of order signed by me shall remain in full force and effect, as it reflects the terms of the order I intend to make.
