SUPPLEMENTARY ENDORSEMENT

[1] Following the release of my Costs Endorsement dated March 12, 2015, counsel raised a couple of issues.

[2] In my view, there are no special circumstances to justify departing from the statutory pre-judgment rate of 4.5% (simple interest) from July 23, 2006 to the date of judgment.

[3] Further, an order will go requiring the return of the security for costs of $10,725 plus interest if any to the Plaintiffs.
