ENDORSEMENT
1This matter came before me originally for scheduling of a summary judgment motion at Civil Practice Court. A partial schedule was implemented and I required counsel to attend a Case Conference by telephone to discuss scheduling this and a number of related matters. This Endorsement applies to this and the 13 related actions being prosecuted with it.
2As discussed during the Case Conference, responding motion materials are to be delivered by the defendants by the end of July, 2015. The plaintiffs may reply by August 14, 2015. Cross-examinations on the plaintiff’s reply material and the defendants’ responding materials shall be completed by the end of August, 2015. The motion is scheduled for a full day on October 1, 2105.
