ENDORSEMENT

[1] This matter came before me originally for scheduling of a summary judgment motion at Civil Practice Court. A partial schedule was implemented and I required counsel to attend a Case Conference by telephone to discuss scheduling this and a number of related matters. This Endorsement applies to this and the 13 related actions being prosecuted with it.

[2] As discussed during the Case Conference, responding motion materials are to be delivered by the defendants by the end of July, 2015. The plaintiffs may reply by August 14, 2015. Cross-examinations on the plaintiff’s reply material and the defendants’ responding materials shall be completed by the end of August, 2015. The motion is scheduled for a full day on October 1, 2105.
