[1] In my decision dated December 31, 2014, I failed to decide a matter that was raised before me by the Respondent, namely her procedural request to sever the divorce claim from the balance of the Applicant’s claims. This was requested as a preliminary step to permit the hearing of a summary motion in this matter.
[2] The Applicant did not oppose the procedural request.
Disposition
[3] The Respondent’s request to sever the divorce claim from the balance of the Applicant’s claims is granted nunc pro tunc.
