1In my decision dated December 31, 2014, I failed to decide a matter that was raised before me by the Respondent, namely her procedural request to sever the divorce claim from the balance of the Applicant’s claims. This was requested as a preliminary step to permit the hearing of a summary motion in this matter.
2The Applicant did not oppose the procedural request.
Disposition
3The Respondent’s request to sever the divorce claim from the balance of the Applicant’s claims is granted nunc pro tunc.
