JUDGMENT
The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Number CACR3834, 2025 SKCA 85, dated September 4, 2025, was heard on April 14, 2026, and the Court on that day delivered the following judgment orally:
The Chief Justice — We are all of the view to dismiss the appeal. The Court orders Mr. Berg to surrender himself into custody at the Saskatoon Police Service headquarters in Saskatoon within 48 hours. Reasons to follow.
JUGEMENT
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, numéro CACR3834, 2025 SKCA 85, daté du 4 septembre 2025, a été entendu le 14 avril 2026 et la Cour a prononcé oralement le même jour le jugement suivant :
