The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued a Notice of Proposal to suspend the liquor delivery service licence of the licensee for delivering liquor to a place other than a residence and failing to properly complete liquor delivery receipts.
At the hearing, the parties submitted an Agreed Statement of Facts and a Joint Submission on Disposition.
The Board accepted the joint submission, finding that the licensee breached sections 15.4 and 15.5 of Ontario Regulation 718/90.
The Board ordered the licensee's liquor licence suspended for 21 consecutive days.
