During the trial, the Crown elected to call no further evidence mid-way through the cross-examination of the complainant.
The court found the complainant's evidence to be entirely unreliable due to numerous inconsistencies, omissions to authorities, and admissions of lying under oath.
The accused was acquitted on all counts.
