Following an appeal, the Court of Appeal received submissions concerning the costs of the appeal and a request to vary the award of costs of the trial.
The court fixed the appellant's costs of the appeal at $7,000 on a partial indemnity scale, inclusive of disbursements and GST.
The request to vary the award of costs of the trial was dismissed.
