[1] The moving party (also known as Ahmad Yousef) seeks leave to appeal the decision of Nightingale J. dated January 15, 2024. That motion is dismissed. The moving party has also brought a motion in this Court for an order for the production of documents listed in the affidavit of documents of the respondents and other such orders. That motion is also dismissed without prejudice to any steps that the moving party may properly take in the Superior Court in that regard. The moving party shall pay costs to the respondents in the total amount of $500, all inclusive.
