ENDORSEMENT
[1] The motion for leave to appeal the order of Emery J., dated July 20,2023 is dismissed. The absence of reasons from the motion judge for three and a half months justified the bringing of this motion for leave to appeal. Therefore, there shall be no order as to costs. While we are not making an order to this effect, it is our view that the best interests of the child would be best served by bringing this matter on for trial as quickly as possible.
