Endorsement
BY THE COURT
[1] The applicant raises a number of objections to the Board’s decision. These are primarily of a factual nature. It is our view that the Board’s decision was reasonable in its conclusion that the applicant’s employment was terminated for willful disobedience, such that he was disentitled to termination pay under Reg. 288/01 of the Employment Standards Act.
[2] Accordingly the application for judicial review is dismissed. There will be no costs.
