COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] By reasons dated August 29, 2023, we dismissed the appeal and invited submissions on costs if the parties could not reach an agreement: Bell v. Long, 2023 ONCA 563. We have now received and reviewed the parties’ submissions.

[2] As the successful party, the respondent is entitled to her costs. She is seeking $5,739.27. The appellant argues that no costs should be awarded, in part due to her financial circumstances.

[3] Considering these submissions, we fix the respondent’s costs, payable by the appellant, at $3,500, all-inclusive.
