Costs Endorsement
[1] On December 22, 2022, we released reasons for decision dismissing the appeal and cross-appeal and invited submissions on costs. We have now received them.
[2] The following is our disposition on costs. All sums are inclusive of disbursements and applicable tax.
[3] On consent, the Law Foundation of Ontario shall pay the Attorney General of Canada $50,000 in costs of the appeal and the Attorney General of Canada shall pay the Law Foundation of Ontario $10,000 in costs of the cross-appeal.
[4] The Attorney General of Canada shall pay the Ontario Health Insurance Plan $10,000 in costs of the cross-appeal.
