[1] Having reviewed the cost submissions filed by the parties, we conclude that while success was divided, the respondent wife (appellant on the cross-appeal) was more successful overall than the husband and has documented costs incurred.

[2] Costs are awarded to the wife payable by the husband in the amount of $10,000.
