[1] Despite the able argument of Mr. Mills, we agree with the motion judge’s interpretation of s. 22(i) of the Limitations Act particularly when the section is read in conjunction with s. 23 as did the motion judge. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Costs of the appeal are to the respondent. On consent those costs are fixed in the amount of $6,000 inclusive of all taxes and disbursements.
