APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] The reasons of the judge at first instance are comprehensive and address the issues raised by the appellant. In our opinion, he did not err in striking the appellant’s statement of claim 04-13797 and statement of claim 05-18300.
[2] The appeal is therefore dismissed. Costs of the appeal are payable by the appellant to the respondent and are fixed in the amount of $1,000 inclusive of disbursements and all applicable taxes.
