On appeal from the conviction entered on May 30, 2008, and the sentence imposed on June 12, 2008, by Justice Christopher Corkery of the Superior Court of Justice.

ADDENDUM

[1] This is an addendum to our appeal book endorsement, which was released on July 6, 2009, in which the court reduced the appellant’s custodial sentence to two years less a day.

[2] The sentencing judge gave the appellant credit for five weeks of pre-sentence custody on a “two-for-one” basis, thereby reducing his sentence by 10 weeks. This should have been reflected in our decision as well.

[3] An order will go from this court reducing the appellant’s sentence by a further 10 weeks in recognition of the five weeks of pre-sentence custody he has already served.
