[1] We see no error in the reasons or the conclusion of the motion judge that Ontario has jurisdiction over the appellant in this action. The appellant accepted all of the findings of fact and found no error in those findings. The motion judge considered all of the relevant factors in the governing test. For the reasons of the motion judge, the appeal is dismissed.
[2] Costs of $7,000 inclusive to the Chase respondents, and costs of $2,500 to each of the other respondents.
