Appeal Book Endorsement
[1] The trial judge found that the best interests of the children require the custody and access arrangements to remain as they are. The children are doing well, are healthy and doing well in school. We agree with the trial judge’s decision. The mother is to be commended for continuing to ensure that the children have a good relationship with both parents, in the face of clear and significant flouting by the father of the support orders against him. The appeal is dismissed. Costs to the respondent of $125.
