COSTS ENDORSEMENT
[1] We have received submissions as to the costs of the trial.
[2] The parties have jointly submitted that paragraph 5 of the judgment dealing with costs, be amended to read as follows:
- This Court orders the Plaintiff shall be, and hereby is, awarded costs of this action in the amount, which is hereby fixed at thirty-nine thousand, one hundred and ninety six dollars and eight cents ($39,196.08) (that being thirty-six thousand, nine hundred and seventy-seven dollars and forty three cents ($36,977.43) for fees and disbursements, plus GST of a further two thousand, two hundred and eighteen dollars and sixty-five cents ($2,218.65).
