APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We are not persuaded that either the appeal judge or the trial judge made any error that would allow this court to interfere with the decision under appeal. As we read the record and the reasons, the trial judge fully considered the arguments advanced by the appellant and repeated before us and concluded that the best interests of the child would be met with an order placing the child with the mother under supervision of the C.A.S. There was ample evidence to support that conclusion and it was open to the trial judge to conclude that it would not be in the best interests of the child to be placed with the appellant. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
