[1] The appellant is subject to an order prohibiting him from bringing any further proceedings against the respondent without leave of the court. He has not obtained leave and we see no basis for granting it here. There appears to be no merit to his position. The appeal is dismissed. Costs of today to the respondent in the amount of $300.
