APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We agree with the motion judge that the appellant has demonstrated a pattern of behaviour that falls squarely within the criteria for a vexatious litigant set out by Henry J. in Lang Michener v. Fabian.
[2] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed with costs fixed at $10,000, inclusive of disbursements and G.S.T.
[3] Approval of the form and content of the order is not needed.
