APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] In our view, there is no basis upon which we can interfere with the charging order imposed by Baltman J. This was a discretionary order and we are not persuaded that there was any error in principle that would justify appellate interference. Appeal dismissed. No costs sought.
