APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We see no error on the part of the trial judge. The issues raised by the appellant are essentially issues of fact and there was ample evidence to support the trial judge’s findings, which were fully explained in detailed reasons for judgment dismissing the action for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Costs to the respondent fixed at $7,500 inclusive of GST and disbursements.
