ENDORSEMENT
[1] We are satisfied that the finding the child was in need of protection is supported by the record and that this finding is not tainted by reference to any materials that are solely admissible at the disposition stage.
[2] For the assistance of the judge hearing the disposition stage of this proceeding, we wish to make it clear that that judge is not bound by any of the statements in paras. 65 and 66 of Madam Justice Goodman’s reasons that may concern the necessity for court intervention or any disposition.
[3] Accordingly the appeal is dismissed without costs.
