[1] For the reasons given by Justice Dambrot, we dismiss this appeal.

[2] We endorse Justice Dambrot’s remark in the concluding paragraph of his reasons: “It is difficult to understand, far less condone the extent of the questioning of witnesses by the preliminary hearing judge in this case.”
