Appeal Book Endorsement
[1] We are satisfied that the trial judge, in her careful reasons, made no error in fact or in law in dismissing the appellant’s claim. In addition to the appellant’s failure to establish a claim against the respondent hospital, the appellant failed by many years to commence his action within the relevant limitation periods. We would therefore dismiss the appeal without costs.
