A P P E A L B O O K E N D O R S E M E N T
[1] We are satisfied that the trial judge took account of the plea of guilty and gave a credit within his discretion for the pre-trial custody.
[2] The appellant was convicted of three serious domestic assaults and one count of assaulting a police officer. Given his serious criminal record, we are satisfied that the sentence of 15 months in addition to 6 months of pre-trial custody is a fit sentence. The appellant does not challenge the three year probation order.
[3] The application for leave to appeal sentence is allowed. The appeal is dismissed.
