On appeal from sentence imposed by Justice Raymond Harris of the Superior Court of Justice dated March 4, 2005.

[1] In our view, the sentence was fit having particular regard to the appellant’s lengthy criminal record and the fact that he was in possession of a fully loaded handgun while prohibited under a s. 109 order and in breach of an outstanding probation order. We note as well that the appellant was trafficking in drugs and the combination of guns and drugs pose a very serious risk to society
[2] Accordingly, leave to appeal sentence is granted but the appeal is dismissed.
