COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] In our decision in this matter, released on June 8, 2005, we noted that counsel were in agreement that costs should follow the event and provided that, if they were unable to agree on quantum, brief written submissions may be made in that regard. Counsel have since responded, reiterating what they had submitted at the conclusion of the hearing, namely that they are content to abide by the Court’s decision as to quantum.

[2] In all of the circumstances, we fix costs in the amount of $15,000 all inclusive, payable by the respondent to the appellants.
