On appeal from the disposition of the Ontario Review Board dated December 16, 2004.

[1] In spite of the able arguments by Professor Starson on his own behalf and by Ms. Szigeti as amicus curiae, we can see no error in the board’s disposition dated December 16, 2004. The Board focussed, correctly, on the risk the appellant poses to the community and concluded that the appellant “at this time continues to present as a real and substantial danger to the public.” On the basis of the evidence heard by the Board, we see no reason for disagreeing with this conclusion.
[2] The appeal is dismissed.
