[1] The allegations in the appellant’s statement of claim are confusing and difficult to follow. Some relate to the appellant’s dealings with the Federal Crown through Revenue Canada, some relate to criminal court dispositions registered against the appellant over twenty years ago, some consist of bold and unsupported allegations of misconduct and many are legally untenable.
[2] We see no error in the reasons of Carnwath J.
[3] The appeal is dismissed. Costs fixed at $1,000.00 inclusive.
