On appeal from the conviction imposed by Justice R. E. Maranger of the Superior Court of Justice dated June 4, 2002 and the sentence imposed by Justice Maranger dated August 9, 2002.

[1] The trial judge properly instructed himself on the law and his findings of fact are supported by the evidence. These findings show that the convictions for dangerous driving were reasonable.

[2] The appeal is dismissed.
