ADDENDUM ON COSTS
[1] We think this is an appropriate case for partial indemnity. In our view, however, the hours sought by the successful party are excessive. In the circumstances, therefore, we would award costs fixed in the amount of $12,500. There is no basis for delaying the recovery of costs.
